Designing a library for 300 students… First I assess well the place where to locate this library, must be a quiet place away from the noise, but accessible to all users. In second place for its design should consider several areas and rooms to perform the various functions of the library.
There must be:
• Spacious and with a noise control does not allow the propagation of sound, to use as reading rooms. • Rooms for interaction and study, with good sound insulation to prevent noise interference with the other rooms.
• And the main reading room must have undoubtedly in the reverberation control and sound absorption.
Should be taken into account the design of the furniture that contribute to sound absorption and control the echo produced in empty spaces.
